These terms apply to the developer's private personal use of Hermes Agent and its Google Workspace OAuth integration.

1. Personal-use application

Hermes Agent is a privately operated personal AI assistant. No public accounts, subscriptions, or external-user service are offered through this website. Access to Google Workspace features requires the Google account owner's authorization.

2. Authorized actions

The account owner is responsible for the permissions granted, the instructions given to Hermes Agent, and reviewing automated operations. The owner may withdraw Google access at any time through Google Account settings.

3. Third-party services

The application may integrate with Google APIs and AI or workflow providers configured by the owner. Use of those third-party services remains subject to their applicable terms and policies. Hermes Agent is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

4. Availability and responsibility

This private application and information site are provided on an as-available basis. Automation and AI-generated results may be imperfect, and important changes should be checked before reliance. Nothing in these terms overrides applicable law or mandatory consumer protections.
